RECIPE:

 

 

Heat a bit of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add one chopped onion and two grated garlic cloves; cook until translucent.

 

Add 250g of diced beef and cook until browned and cooked. Add diced tomato, chopped green bell pepper, cumin, paprika or chili powder, salt and pepper.

 

Cook for a few minutes until vegetables are tender.

 

Meanwhile, heat some corn tortillas in a hot pan for a few seconds on each side.Fill the warm tortillas with the meat mixture.

 

Serve the tacos with toppings: shredded cheese, chopped fresh cilantro, salsa, lime slices, and sour cream if desired. Enjoy!
