Beef and Vegetable Rolls

This is a very simple dish to prepare, as well as being tasty and healthy. It provides rich nutrients for a daily diet.

Ingredients:

500g Argentine beef, sliced (preferably tenderloin or sirloin)

50g bean sprouts

100g fresh mushrooms, sliced

100g bamboo shoots, chopped

2 onions, chopped

2 cloves of garlic, chopped

Salt, black pepper, soy sauce and sesame oil to taste

Preparation:

1. Prepare the Vegetable Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the bean sprouts, mushrooms, bamboo shoots, onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to evenly coat the vegetables with the seasonings.

2. Season the Beef: Rub the beef slices with salt and pepper on both sides.

3. Assemble the Rolls: Place a portion of the vegetable mixture on each beef slice. Roll the beef around the filling tightly and secure the rolls with toothpicks.

4. Cook the Rolls: Heat a pan over medium heat and add a small amount of oil. Place the beef rolls in the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until they are well-cooked and golden brown.
