RECIPE
Ingredients:
500 gr beef tenderloin
Bacon, to taste
2 carrots
4 pickles
Mustard, to taste
2 onions
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp flour
Salt and pepper, to taste
500 ml beef broth
Preparation:
Pat the tenderloin strips dry, season them, and spread mustard on them.
Place strips of bacon, pickles, and carrots on the meat. Roll up the meat and secure it with toothpicks.
Heat oil in a pot and brown the meat rolls on all sides. Once browned, transfer them to a plate.
In the same pot, brown the onion, and then add flour, stirring for a few minutes. Pour in the beef broth, stirring vigorously to prevent lumps from forming.
Place the rolls back in the pot and bring the broth to a boil. Reduce the heat, cover the pot, and let the rolls simmer for 90 minutes.
Serve the hot meat rolls with the sauce you prepared!
