For Hispanic Heritage month in the USA, we made our own pepito with Argentine Beef tenderloin. 🥩
This sandwich takes many forms across countries: lomito in Argentina & Chile, pepito in Mexico, Venezuela & Spain, chivito in Uruguay. A shared food culture that crosses borders and still brings us together.
Our take: crusty roll + mayo + avocado + refried beans + pickled jalapeños + thin, juicy Argentine Beef.
