Ingredients:

6 rib-eye steaks

½ cup dry wine

½ cup olive oil

½ cup chopped onions

¼ cup mustard

1 clove garlic

Salt and pepper

 

Preparation:

In a blender, combine the wine, olive oil, garlic, 2 teaspoons of mustard, thyme, salt, and pepper. Blend until well mixed.

Place the rib-eye steaks in a Ziploc bag and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated. Seal the bag and refrigerate overnight.

Remove the steaks from the marinade and pat them dry. Spread a little more of the mustard mixture on one side of each steak.

Grill the steaks, turning once, until they reach your desired level of doneness.
