Shipments of chilled, frozen (excluding bones), and processed beef for September 2025 totaled approximately 59,001 metric tons of beef, with a value of approximately $393.1 million.

 

The average FOB price per ton in September was approximately $11,720 for boneless chilled cuts and $5,681 for boneless frozen cuts.
