Shipments of chilled, frozen (excluding bones), and processed beef for the month of October 2025 totaled approximately 55,001 metric tons of beef, with a value of approximately $369.7 million.

 

The average FOB price per ton in October was approximately $12,531 for boneless chilled cuts and $5,679 for boneless frozen cuts.
