Shipments of chilled, frozen (excluding bones), and processed beef cuts for November 2025 totaled approximately 52,810 metric tons of beef, with a value of approximately $348.9 million.

 

The average FOB price per ton in November was approximately $11,518 for boneless chilled cuts and $5,684 for boneless frozen cuts.
