Shipments of chilled, frozen (excluding bone), and processed beef for January 2026 totaled approximately 43,600 metric tons of beef, with a value of approximately $321 million.

 

The average FOB price per ton in January was approximately $12,460 for boneless chilled cuts and $6,286 for boneless frozen cuts.
