Ingredients:

500gr Argentine beef

Cilantro, star anise, slices of hawthorn

Salt, oil, rice wine, soy sauce

Preparation:

1 Cut the beef into small pieces.

2 Place the beef in a pot of cold water and bring it to a boil. Skim off any foam that forms on the surface.

3 Remove the beef, rinse with warm water.

4 Place the blanched beef in a pressure cooker. Add hot water and a tablespoon of rice wine and a tablespoon of soy sauce. Add the star anise and a few slices of hawthorn for seasoning. Cover the pot and cook on low heat for approximately one hour.

5 After turning off the heat, wait for the pressure to release. Then, open the lid and add salt to taste.

6. Place the beef in a serving bowl, sprinkle with fresh cilantro, and enjoy a delicious meal.

 Note: While the beef is in the pressure cooker, you can add more water to make a broth, which can be used for beef noodle soup.
