Ingredients

 

500 gr roast beef

300 ml wine

1 onion

1 carrot

125 gr bacon

15 gr butter

500 ml beef broth

250 gr mushrooms

Salt, pepper and olive oil

 

Preparation

 

In a bowl, mix the beef pieces with the wine, vegetables and seasonings. Cover and marinate overnight. Remove the meat and pat dry. Strain the liquid and set aside, along with the vegetables.  🥕

In a pot, add oil until it lightly coats the bottom. Cook the bacon, beef and vegetables separately for 5-10 minutes. Set aside.

Gradually pour in the marinade along with the flour, stirring constantly. Add the tomato, beef and bacon. Reduce the heat and let everything cook for two and a half hours.

Meanwhile, in a frying pan add the butter, fry the sliced mushrooms. Add them to the pot with the meat. Cover and continue cooking for another hour, or until the meat is tender.
